How does iTMS compare to other systems?

Time is money, you need your people to be making as many calls as possible - even if you're not adopting the sweat-shop approach. If you can increase the number of calls by 20% then that's 20% more sales, simply because you're using a more suitable software system.

If you're looking at a standard crm system such as Salesforce.com or MS-CRM you will see that it is be highly complex and maybe ideal for "crm" in large corporate businesses. But making continuous calls from a list is slow due to multiple actions required to complete and set callbacks. Recording call outcomes is tedius and callbacks cannot be managed automatically.

iTMS, on the other hand is designed for telemarketing and inside-sales which require continuous calling. It is far quicker and more efficient and productivity is hugely improved on standard "crm" systems.

Telemarketing and crm - there is a difference

CRM software is not designed for organised calling. In particular: The screen the telemarketers use should be easy to use and specific to that campaign. They should be able to quickly set the call result, set a callback, type notes about the call, then move on to the next one. The system should manage call-backs.
Many crm systems say they do telemarketing, but the truth is they're not built to do it. iTMS, on the other hand, was originally built to do telemarketing, and it does it a lot better than standard crm systems.

Scripts

Some systems have "advanced" scripts built-in, but they are really very basic. With iTMS you can choose on a campaign by campaign basis whether or not to use scripts. Importing data

Some systems tell you the job will be done - soon. iTMS will import up to 20,000 records a minute immediately that you press the import button.

Calling screen configuration

In some systems it is 90% fixed, in others you can do a fair amount of customization.

Appointment setting and external access to diaries

iTMS has a specialised function for appointment setting which eliminates double bookings and also allows for unavailable times to be set. We've yet to find anything to match what iTMS can offer. Either as a special type of access to the main system, or using the PDA access.

View your data in lists

Some systems have really limited functionality to view data in lists. iTMS can show you any columns/fields, in any order, filtered any way you like, with the standard filters of Owner and Status (try doing that with Salesforce, it's not easy).

Email marketing?

We've searched high and low for another system that does any form of email marketing linked with its telemarketing functionality combined with statistics. iTMS does it.

The cost

65USD/user/month (or 45GBP/user/month). There are other systems that say "starting at $65", but some want 12 months payment up front, some want a setup fee, for some it really is a starting amount (you'll end up paying much more for the functionality you need), and some simply do not have comparable functionality at all.
