Both TMS and iTMS have functionality specifically designed to manage appointments.
Whether you are making appointments for one person or a hundred, our systems can ensure appointments are booked for the right person and without any double bookings. Automatically email remote sales people when an appointment is agreed. iTMS also has the capability of reading and writing to GoogleCalendar.
Whether you use the Windows TMS or the browser iTMS to manage the calling, diaries can be viewed off-site using either the fully featured iTMS or the reduced access which is great for Blackberry and mobile phones. Just click on a link to download full appointment details and load into Outlook or the PDA calendar.
Dial the phone using TAPI, VoIP, Skype or Vonage. The systems can be set to dial automatically for the next call (power dialing), or agents can click a button to dial (preview dialing).
