RevoCall Distributed Phone System

RevoCall is a telephone system that is fully integrated with the browser iTMS system. It is ideal for small setups, maybe with remote callers, of up to 50 users. This is a hosted telephone system which means all you need is a broadband internet connection. Either use a softphone, physical IP phone or route calls through your existing PSTN phone. You are able to dial directly from the iTMS system, make ad-hoc calls, transfer calls to other users and also setup conference calls. When used with the hosted iTMS service it provides the perfect platform for distributed callers.

RevoCall can be set to dial via VOIP or by standard landlines; so if you cannot be sure about your internet speeds and therefore VOIP quality, you can still get top quality calls using landlines.

The system can record calls and the history record in the iTMS database will be linked directly with the call recording. In iTMS you can view a list of calls by user, campaign, call result, date/time, then just click the play button to hear each recording.

Revocall uses standard http requests so it is not necessary to setup a VPN (Virtual Private Network) for either dialing or listening to recordings. Anyone can access the recordings from anywhere (given the appropriate authority). This means the system can be used on any operating system and listening to recordings should be possible in any network.

The Listen-in functionality is particularly useful when using home or remote callers. This allows you to listen to live calls and can be done silently or in whisper mode (only available if using VOIP).
