Quick and easy setup and working

Whether you're a company with distributed workers, or an individual doing work for many different companies this solution enables you to have an instant setup and access from anywhere. With options for multiple databases, scripts, call guides, "wrapup" and screen design, iTMS is simply the most configurable system available (in a non-technical way) - this means you can work how you want to work, in the most efficient way for you.

Quick and easy to use

Configuring the system won’t take up much of your time, from creating User Profiles (to control users’ permissions) to creating a new database, adding new fields and putting them on the screen. The calling process is designed to be as efficient as possible - you'd notice the difference immediately if you compared against any standard "crm" system.

Efficient dialing

iTMS offers the most efficient calling functionality. Just 3 clicks to dispositon a call, move to the next record and dial; and also a range of other functions such as automatic emails and automatic callback setting. For more efficient use of time callers can dial with a single click of the mouse, or possibly dialing automatically. Dialing options include our own integrated RevoCall phone system, TAPI onto a phone system or modem, Skype, Vonage, or other VoIP system.

Call-back management

Call-backs can be managed manually or automatically. In the automatic mode the caller is presented with the record automatically at the time it is due. In the manual mode callers can view a list of calls where the call-back date is "today", or view a list where the call-back date is before today, ie missed calls.

User permissions

Whether it’s a salesman using his lead list, looking at his appointment diay or a telemarketer making calls, you can be confident that they will only have access to what you intend. So they won’t be upsetting the configuration, running reports unauthorised or using other people’s data.

Activity monitoring

A big issue with callers who are offsite is knowing what they are doing. A live monitor screen shows you what call each person is on and how long they have been on it. A key part of activity tracking is the Wrapup (call result), this forces the caller to enter a call result for every call. It means that you can track call results and also on-call times.

Appointment setting

Use the online diary system to manage appointments, remove the possibility of double booking and settings times when the person is not available. A special signon setup ensures that a salesman goes directly to their diary to see appointments for "this week". Links within the data enable a quick postcode map lookup and also a web directory search for the company. Appointments can be exported to MS Outlook, GoogleCalendar and SalesForce.com

Data management

The system allows you to create up to 999 databases, making it ideal for marketing companies working for many different clients. Importing, reporting and exporting are very flexible, fast and easy. iTMS will import at a rate of over 20,000 records a minute, and the imported csv text file does not have to be in any specific format. The Report Writer enables you to create data lists, summary reports and pivot tables (cross-tabs). With the right authority all data can be exported with the click of a mouse. Functions for allocating, de-duplicating and copying data to another database enable you to manage your data effectively.

Salesforce.com integration

"Horses for courses". Use the right tool for the right job. Use iTMS for your telemarketing and use Salesforce.com for your CRM. In iTMS you can click a button to draw data out of your Salesforce, use iTMS for your dedicated calling, then update your Salesforce crm as necessary. This way you have the best of both worlds.
